The Contact form asks for your name, email address and a message. Your message may contain symptoms or other health-related information if you choose to include it. If you use telephone, email, WhatsApp, Google Calendar or Google Meet, those services process the information you choose to share through them under their own terms and privacy notices.

Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to an enquiry, identify an appropriate contact or booking route, arrange or administer an agreed consultation, protect the website and service, and meet applicable medical, legal, tax, dispute or security obligations.
