Travelling from another city? Plan it properly.
We see patients regularly from a 60+ km catchment. Call ahead and we will compress diagnostic testing into a single day so you don't have to come twice.
Before you come in — a few quick answers.
Do I need to book in advance?
For general ENT, walk-ins work on any weekday. For a full vertigo workup (which involves VNG and other tests taking 2–3 hours), please call ahead so we can block the time.
What should I bring?
Any previous ENT or neurology reports, current medication list, audiogram or VNG reports if you have them, and your ID. If you wear glasses, bring them — not contact lenses — for the testing.
How long does an appointment take?
First consultation for vertigo: 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on tests ordered. General ENT consult: 15–20 minutes. Follow-ups: 10–15 minutes.
Is the clinic child-friendly?
Yes. We see paediatric ENT cases regularly — grommets, adenoids, ear infections, paediatric dizziness. The clinic has a small waiting area suitable for children.
Do you accept insurance?
We provide proper GST invoices and itemised receipts for all consultations and procedures, which can be used for reimbursement with most private insurance plans. We do not currently offer direct cashless billing.
