Do not book online for an emergency

Use local emergency services or the nearest emergency department for new weakness, facial droop, speech difficulty, double vision, inability to walk safely, fainting, chest pain, severe new headache, sudden hearing loss, breathing difficulty or uncontrolled bleeding. Do not drive yourself while severe symptoms are active.

Verified service and privacy boundaries

  • The appointment request may use Google Calendar or Google Meet. WhatsApp may be used only for optional booking coordination.
  • The website contact form, general email and WhatsApp are not approved routes for sending patient reports, identity documents, payment-card information or complete medical records.
  • The contact mailbox is read by Dr Prateek Porwal only.
  • This is not an after-hours service. Prime ENT Center is open Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sunday is closed.
  • Fees, payment timing and any applicable cancellation or refund terms must be confirmed before the patient decides whether to proceed.

What an online discussion can and cannot do

The clinician may listen to the history, clarify timing and triggers, discuss information available during the consultation, and explain whether an in-person examination, hearing test, vestibular test, referral or emergency assessment may be needed.

Some dizziness, balance, hearing, ear, nose and throat concerns cannot be assessed safely or completely by video. Do not attempt a home positional test or manoeuvre because of this page or while alone for a consultation.

Prepare without oversharing

  • Keep a short symptom timeline and current medicine list for the consultation.
