Privacy and service limits

Booking may use Google Calendar or Google Meet, and WhatsApp may be used for optional coordination. Share only what is needed. Do not send identity documents, payment-card details, complete medical records or reports through general email or WhatsApp unless the clinic has confirmed the appropriate route for your appointment.

Online communication is not emergency care and cannot guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, remote examination, response time or outcome. In-person or emergency assessment may be advised. Fees and any applicable cancellation or refund terms must be confirmed before you decide whether to proceed.

Personal information is handled by Dr. Prateek Kumar Porwal and clinic staff authorized by him. Read the Privacy Policy or email info@drprateekporwal.com with a privacy request.

An online ENT or vertigo consultation can be useful for an early discussion of symptoms, follow-up, a second opinion, or review of existing reports. It is not a substitute for emergency care or for an in-person assessment when that is needed.

Before you book

Online consultation may be appropriate for some concerns involving dizziness, vertigo, ear, nose or throat symptoms. The clinician will decide whether a video consultation is suitable for your situation and whether you need urgent or in-person assessment instead.

Do not use an online appointment for sudden weakness, facial droop, speech difficulty, new severe imbalance or inability to walk, double vision, fainting, chest pain, severe new headache, sudden hearing loss in one ear, or another new neurological symptom. Call local emergency services, such as 108 in India, or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not drive yourself.

Privacy while booking

The booking calendar asks for the information needed to request an appointment, such as your name, email address, preferred appointment time and a short reason for the visit. Please provide only the information needed to request a slot. Do not place detailed medical reports, identity documents, payment details or emergency information in the booking form.

The appointment calendar and video-meeting link use Google services. WhatsApp may be used for optional booking coordination. Do not use WhatsApp or email for an emergency. Do not send medical reports through WhatsApp or email unless the clinic has specifically confirmed the appropriate route for your appointment.

If you have questions about the information requested for an appointment, contact the clinic before booking rather than adding extra personal or health information to a message or calendar request.

Availability, fees and payment

Appointment availability depends on clinical suitability, clinician availability and the location from which the patient is seeking care. If you are outside India, contact the clinic before selecting a slot. The clinic will confirm whether an online consultation can be offered for your location.

Fees, payment method and timing, cancellation and refund terms, and any applicable service limitations will be confirmed before you decide whether to proceed. Do not send card, bank or other payment details in a general WhatsApp or email message.

Book an appointment

Choose a suitable time below. The booking confirmation will provide the appointment details and, where an online consultation is available, the video-meeting information.

What an online consultation can and cannot do

During a suitable video consultation, the clinician may listen to your history, discuss symptoms, review information you choose to share through an approved route, and explain whether an in-person examination, test, referral or emergency assessment may be needed.

A video consultation does not promise a diagnosis, prescription, remote positional test or manoeuvre, written report, test recommendation, or a particular outcome. Some dizziness, balance, hearing and ENT concerns cannot be assessed safely or completely by video and require in-person care.

Preparing for a suitable video appointment

  • Choose a quiet, private place with a reliable internet connection.
  • Keep a simple list of your symptoms, when they began, medicines you currently take and any recent care.
  • Do not attempt home positional testing or a manoeuvre because of this page or while alone for the consultation.
  • If the clinician asks to review a report, use only the method the clinic confirms for your appointment.
  • Stop the video discussion and seek urgent help if emergency symptoms develop.

Need in-person care?

For a clinic visit, see the contact page. An online discussion may help clarify the next step, but it does not replace examination or testing when those are needed.
