That last qualification changed everything — most ENT surgeons don't go this deep into dizzy patients, and that's exactly where I planted my flag. My clinic runs VNG and Stabilometry testing. Not common in central UP. Patients travel from Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Lakhimpur, and even Bihar and MP because proper vestibular diagnosis isn't easy to find here. I developed the Bangalore Maneuver — a repositioning technique for Anterior Canal BPPV, published in Frontiers in Neurology (2021, IF 4.086, PMID 33776883). AC-BPPV is rare and often missed. That paper came from real clinical data across four centers: Delhi, Kochi, Bangalore, Dubai. Apart from vestibular work, I do full ENT surgery — FESS, septoplasty, tympanoplasty, adenoidectomy.
